UpNature's grapefruit essential oil smells so amazing. I'm not even a fan of grapefruit, but I can't get over the smell of this therapeutic grade essential oil. It is 100% pure. There are no additives or toxins and it's made in the USA. I don't have an oil diffuser, but after receiving this product, I will surely be buying one. It would be great in a diffuser to make my home smell lovely and for aromatherapy purposes. It would also be beneficial for killing germs in the air. The oil elevates the senses so it's great for stress, migraines, and depression. It is also rich in antioxidants. This 1oz bottle will last me for several months.
Grapefruit essential oil is good for your skin and hair. It helps treat acne, prevent oily skin, and reduce the appearance of cellulite. It's also useful for keeping the skin's immunity strong against indoor and outdoor air pollution. I have been adding a few drops to my bath to get more healing properties inside my skin. I also added a few drops to my shampoo to help reduce grease and bacteria. It can also be added to conditioner and lotion. This week I'm making a DIY sugar scrub with the oil and I can't wait.
